v1.5.1: Tiny Update #2

Mostly quality of life update, but also adds a bit of new equip. Not really much to say about this.

Changelog:

• Added 4 more equipment
• Updated Scythe Claw equipments
  • Both of them now show if they are buffed or not
  • Using either scythe claw no longer resets the buff from the other scythe claw
• Added On Dodge script for these equipments (because silly me forgot to do so in the first place):
  • Sunset Bridge deckupgrade (deckupgrade means an upgrade that's unqiue to 6th character and enemies)
  • New Moon Bridge deckupgrade
  • Brewing Hat
• Minor description update for nearly all jinxes from the mod
• Made sure Permapick *actually* appears in 6th character's Artifact episode
• Made sure Cataclysm name wouldn't conflict with other Cataclysms from other mods
